Compassionate Support for Women Ready to Feel Like Themselves Again
Evidence-based therapy for women navigating change, uncertainty and other life challenges
Every woman needs a safe space where she feels heard, understood and supported. Every woman deserves to be able to change and grow in a direction that feels intentional and authentic to her.
If you’re feeling unsure of yourself or overwhelmed by your work or relationships, Discern Psychology offers warms, practical and honest support so that you can find clarity and reconnect again with what matters most.
Hi, I’m Yvonne.
I created Discern Psychology to provide a safe and respectful space for women to pause, reflect and explore new ways of how they want to be present in the world.
I believe that to ‘discern’ in the therapeutic context means to recognise what matters to you, what no longer serves you and what direction feels right for you. I’m here to help you draw upon your own strengths, values, lived experience and wisdom to bring awareness to what you already know are the right decisions for yourself.
I have been supporting people with their emotional wellbeing and mental health for over a decade. I would love to now support you to gain clarity, practical tools and a stronger connection to the person you want to be.
